I support the You Are Not Alone project because I know firsthand the pain, isolation, and shame that can come with mental health and addiction struggles. My own journey through the darkest moments of substance use and recovery has shown me the power of connection, compassion, and community. This initiative is more than awareness — it’s a lifeline. I want to be a beacon of hope for those who are silently suffering, to show them that recovery is possible, healing is real, and they are never alone in this fight.
